4 month old can A: Poured a tall fizzling cola-like tan head atop a black brown body. Head quickly dissipated completely leaving no lace. S: Light scent of fresh brewed coffee and not much else. T: A nice touch of tart stone fruit cuts through the dominant coffee then a fading cola note. Light roast but otherwise clean. M: Low but prickly carbonation makes it feel thin but again very clean. Smooth enough though fortunately I don't notice any lactose. O: Quite tasty although it seems to be lacking something. Good overall.

Draft courtesy of Travis at Macs in Fayetteville, thanks! Clear golden color, white head. Aroma is slightly funky grain. Taste has light citrus, could be crisper.

Draft at Macs. Opaque brown color, thick tan head with good retention and solid lacing. Aroma of earthy cocoa powder. Taste has very earthy chocolate and some fruity esters. Tasty.

Draft at Macs in Fayetteville. Hazy golden color, fluffy white head. Aroma of dusty straw. Taste is sweet lemon. Pales in comparison to its namesake. Get it? Pales.
