On tap at Mikkeller. (my first one from this new brewery) Hazy golden with a white head. Fresh aroma and taste of hops, pineapple, grapefruit, grass and some light bread. The finish was dry.

Fat på Beer Ditch Malmö. Smak och doft av mango, citrus, gräs, humle med toner av karamell och granskott. Lagom sötma, fin fruktighet med tydlig beska med peppriga toner. Spännande!

Draught @ All In Beer Fest 2014. Pours hazy pale golden with a frothy white head that slowly dissipates while leaving some thick sticky lacing on the glass. Smell is fruity and grassy with crackers, grapefruit, pineapple, gooseberries, grass, pine and lemon zest. Taste is very tiny sweet, bitter, slightly fruity and grassy with crackers, grapefruit, unripe tropical fruits, grass, pine, chives and lemon zest. Mouthfeel is crisp, dry, astringent and light bodied. Finish is bitter with crackers, grapefruit, unripe mango, grass, pine, chives and lemon zest. Smell is grassy and slightly fruity with crackers, grapefruit, pineapple, freshly cut grass, pine, chives and lemon zest. Taste is bitter, fruity and grassy with crackers, grapefruit, mango, pineapple, grass, pine, chives and lemon zest. Mouthfeel is soft, dry, slightly astringent and light to medium bodied. On tap. Pours a hazy deep golden with a white head. Heavy cat pee aroma - not overly pleasant. Rich, fruity body, not overly malty, somewhat phenollic and medicinal with a massive bitterness. Not bad for a first beer but needs some refinement and fine tuning before it’s truly great.. 251114

Cloudy orange color. The aroma has notes of peach, mango, orange and kiwi. The taste is mango and pineapple with a balanced malt backbone. Bitter and dry finish.

Draught @ All In Beer Fest 2014. Pours very hazy tiny brownish yellow with a creamy goldenish white head that slowly dissipates while leaving some sticky lacing on the glass. Smell is fruity and grassy with crackers, grapefruit, mango, grass, pine, orange zest, lemon zest and hints of chives. Taste is slightly sweet, slightly bitter, tiny malty and fruity with white bread, crackers, grapefruit, mango, pineapple, grass, pine, chives, lemon zest and hints of alcohol. mouthfeel is soft, round, tiny astringent, very tiny boozy and medium to full bodied. Finish is tiny sweet and slightly bitter with crackers, grapefruit, mango, grass, pine, chives, lemon zest and hints of alcohol. A tasty offering but a slightly marmalade sweetness combined with it being a bit too fresh with some still persistent chive elements drags it down slightly. Will revisit…Re-rate @ All In Beer Fest 2015. A year later and this is just magical. Juicy, fruity and grassy in perfect harmony. Damn good IIPA!!

Tap @ Mikkeller, Stefansgade. Hazy orange with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel and rather hoppy - grapefruit and peach. Flavor is quite sweet and rather bitter. Dry and rather bitter finish. 211114
