On tap at Fermentøren. Black with a brown head. Rich aroma of roasted malts, hops, licorice. The taste is dry and heavy bitter from hops and roasted malts. Feels somewhat unbalanced, not really convincing.

330ml Bottle - Golden with a small white head. Yeast, lemon zest, peach and a hint of natural yoghurt in the aroma. Refreshing taste with notes of lemon, peach, yeast and a hint of spice. Nicely balanced and very easy to drink when you consider how strong it is. A little bit hoppier than a classic saison but that is by no means a bad thing in this case.
