Draught. Hazy deep hay yellow liquid with huge off-white head. Aroma of citrus, tangerine, mango, pineapple, grain, light bread and fresh hops. Taste is dry and medium bitter with notes of citrus, lemon peel, tangerine, pineapple, light plastic and light grain. Medium bodied with medium carbonation. Bit phenolic, otherwise nice.

Pours darker shade of orange, very fruity, tropics all over, hops and real fruits mixed. Taste is really nicely hoppy, fruits there but not much sweetness. Dry pine needles, nice drying mouthfeel coming in the aftertaste.

330ml Bottle - Hazy golden with a white head. Pineapple, grapefruit and lemon in the aroma. Earthy, bitter and slightly sweet taste with notes of grapefruit and lemon standing out. Some pineapple can be detected but it’s not as prominent as I was expecting it to be. The bitterness is rather harsh at first but then mellows a bit as you get used to it.

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Cloudy golden, rich head. Distinct aroma of pine needles, mango and canned pineapple. Sweet with medium body and rounded, somewhat syrupy mouthfeel. Canned pineapple and resin takes over in a very bitter finish. Surprisingly low drinkability for an APA. mostly due to sweetness and aggressive resiny bitterness.

Nice golden color. Thin white head. Big mango and passion-fruit nose. The mouth is full bodied. Fairly balanced. A bit too warming in the finish, but overall a very enjoyable balanced IPA.

On tap at Mikkeller Bar Stockholm. Hazy orange with a small white head. Fresh and rather hoppy with passionfruit, citrus and some light hay. Easy to drink and with a medium bitter finish.

(330ml bottle from Systembolaget) Pours hazy gold with a small fading white head and no lace. Aroma bright and fruity with a bit of dank weed to it. Pineapple in the nose but not overwhelming, lychee, mango, hints of papaya and passion fruit I think, a bit of grapefruit and grass as well. Sweetish malts with touch of caramel support but mostly hops. Flavour not as fruity, grapefruit more obvious, grassy from the start, maybe green mango?, touch of pineapple but not much in the lightly sweet early palate. Becomes quite dry, light cracker grain malt, lots of bitter citrus peel and really green leafy notes, almost menthol? Finish is dry, astringent, leafy/citrus bitterness. Lightish body with soft carb, watery. Doesn’t really have the body to stand up to the hops, smells gorgeous but tastes a little rough on the finish. I had higher expectations after Mangofeber but the balance seems to be off here, and the fruit addition buried.

Bottle bought @ Systembolaget. Pours hazy yellow with a small slightly bubbly white head that leaves some sparse trace on the glass while dissipating. Smell is fruity and grassy with crackers, grapefruit juice, pineapple, lychee, dried papaya, freshly cut grass, pine needles and lemon zest. Taste is bitter and grassy with crackers, grapefruit juice, unripe mango, freshly cut grass, pine needles, chives, chlorophyll, orange peak and lemon zest. Mouthfeel is dry, astringent, tiny watery and light bodied. Finish is bitter with grapefruit, freshly cut grass, pine needles, chives, chlorophyll, orange peal and lemon zest. Smell is tropical fruits bonanza mixed with awesomesauce. Taste is too hard and harshly bitter with plenty of chives and chlorophyll rich green leaves. I’m guessing, but this is most likely due too both the bittering hops dosage and water treatment. Reduce the bitterness and let the fruit shine in both nose and mouth! Then, based on the smell alone, this would be my new go to everyday beer.
