+5oz pour at the source. Poured a very hazy, pale yellow color with a small white head. Aroma was notes of grains, wheat, sweet malts, light hop notes. Flavor was light grain, wheat, sweet. Pretty good for a low ABV beer, very sessionable - would drink this one again.

+5oz pour at the source. Poured a pretty dark brown color with a small off-white head. Aroma had notes of roasted malts, some notes of barrel or something - perhaps just a touch of citrus. Flavor was some roasted malt, some orange notes - didn’t pick up on the chocolate that is apparently in this.

+5oz pour at the source. Poured a pretty dark, almost black but probably just very dark brown color with a small off-white head. Aroma was nice light roasted malts, light coffee notes. Flavor was like cold-pressed coffee. Very Roast. Very Chocolate. Wow. Quite good.

Draft at the source. This one poured a clear copper color with a small white head. Aroma is light Belgian yeast notes, with some sweet brown nutty notes. Okay, but a bit unremarkable compared to the other offerings.

Draft at the source. Poured a slightly cloudy brown red color. Aroma was some light sweet malt notes, perhaps a slight funk note, but mostly inoffensive. Not a super sour beer, perhaps a touch of funk, and it is pretty refreshing but that’s that. I bet sitting on this longer or barrel aging it would have brought out some more character. Next time?

Draft at the source. Poured a hazy golden brown color with a medium sized white head. Aroma aws nice citrus notes, some biscuit malts. Flavor was nice and mild malts with a tiny blast of citrus. This one is certainly not to style but is quite refreshing.

Draft at the source. Poured a slightly hazy medium-brown color with an off-white head. Aroma was some funky notes, spice character. Flavor was not as funky as I had hoped - was hoping for a bit more saison character. Otherwise was pretty good.

Draft at the source. Poured a dark cola color with a small off-white head. Aroma was light smoked malts aroma. As I’m not a huge fan of most smoked beers, I hesitated a bit before drinking this. The smoke is pretty subdued! Nice citrus notes, with some very light yeast funk to it.

They were very serious about this Cereus beer at the brewpub. I really ended up getting the last bits from the keg before it kicked, which explains why it was so muddy. The beer itself was pretty nice smelling - pretty decent citrus notes, some yeast character. Pretty tasty, after letting the remnants settle a bit.
