750mL green bottle. As usual, wine style corking. Tried pouring it the traditonal way but felt safest from about a foot above the glass. Loud pour, loud settling cider, lightly hazy appearance. Aroma is bretty, slightly oxidated apple core, light red apple skins, faint poop, some lemony citrus. The bretty is earthy, sticky, lots of barnyard. Flavor is sour apple, tart kick at the end. Lighter brett, a lightly herbal and faint oil. Lovely tart long finish and a very fun cider. Maybe the tartest I’ve ever had.

750ml bottle. Poured a clear color at first, further pours had sediment, so it ended up being a cloudy yellow color. Aroma was tart apples, light yeast, light pear, apple finish.
