Oil can from the brewery, 1/25/23. Pours golden, white head, light lace. Herbal, spice, and apple all coming through. Slightly vegetal. Lots of the classic fall ones here: cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, etc. Pretty smooth, balanced, and drinkable for a beer with all these spices and apple. Not really my style usually, but I quite like it with the deft hand that is the brewing here.

Draft at the brewery, 1/20/23. Murky amber, off white head. Grains and caramel. Mild smoke. Earth. Light spice. Decent, would have preferred a little more smoke to balance out the sweetness.

Oil can from the brewery, 1/24/23. Pours amber, clear, beige head. Heavy spice on the aroma and flavor. Definitely hits that winter spice seasoning mix. There's a bit of bread, with some caramel and toffee as well, but this is a spice forward brew. Star Anise, Cinnamon, and Clove, yup, that pretty much nails what you are going to get here. It's well done.
