Description

0.33 l bottle from AH (Sittard), best before September 2018. Clear, very dark reddish brown with a medium large, dense, stable, beige head. Sweetish-malty, slightly roasty aroma of caramel, chocolate and nuts. Rather sweet, malty, slightly roasty taste of chocolate, caramel, nuts and some coffee, followed by a short moderately roasty-bitter, slightly dry finish. Medium body, slightly creamy mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Okay!

Aroma a bizcocho, levadura y notas cítricas. Algo dura.

330 ml. bottle. BBF 11/02/18. Hazy orange, big creamy faintly off-white. Nose is sweet flowery, plastic sweet wheat, sugar, low butterscotch, sweet flowers, candy, rice porridge. Taste is sweet metallic wheat, bread, sugar, flowers, sweet candy, faint cinnamon,… bit too metallic, light plastic. Decent sweetish, low sweet bread & flowers. Bit too metallic, basic sweet. Could have been more but okay-ish.

Bottle courtesy of Deanso. Poured a crystal clear straw colour with a frothy white head and plenty of bubbles. The aroma is medicinal, alcohol malt. Rather like a malt liqour but without the alcohol. The flavour is moderate sweet, light bitter with a big malt, yeast, aromatic hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with lively carbonation.
