33 cl. bottle @ home, bought @ Hema Culemborg. Hazy golden with a white head. Fruity spicy aroma with lots of coriander. Sweet taste and prickly carbonation. Very Belgian spicy tripel. While this is a more than decent beer I cannot help but feeling a bit nostalgic about the times when Christoffel beers were brewed in the Netherlands, they were truly unique. Now they are solid but also very standard.

33cl Bottle at The Black Smith, tfs Kermis! Hazy golden orange colour, white head. Aroma of sweet malts, yellow fruit, lime, light floral. Flavour is light to medium sweet, malty, also relatively and unexpectedly sour, lime juice, light floral, fruity, light bitter and tart finish. Light bodied. Refreshing.

On tap at Bierlokaal de Uiver. Slightly hazy golden colour, white head. Aroma of soft sweet malts, floral, some cooked apples, hint of lemon peel, light spicy. Flavour is medium sweet, malty, light spicy, lemon peel, floral, fruity, soft bitter finish. Medium bodied. Decent Tripel.

Best before date 09-2017. Dark brown beer, small head. Aroma is malt, caramel. Taste is the same, sweet with some bitterness, not bad.

Uit een flesje (met Marianne). Licht troebel gele kleur. Niet geheel mijn smaak, te zuur.
