6oz pour from the cidery. Clear, pale straw gold body. Smell is soft, fresh, wet ginger & green grapes. Light, natural ginger ale sort of taste. Soft, sweet, and not spicy. Apple isn't completely lost. Watery Canada dry, with it's real, but soft ginger flavor definitely comes to mind. Solid.

6oz pour from the cidery. Pale straw gold body; bubbling. Smell is slightly sticky & licorice-like, with a backdrop of apples. Taste is a mix of watermelon rind & bitter, rooty veggies. A little flat, more wine yeasties, tacky dry. Cascade hops used aren't very bold. Meh.

6oz pour at the cidery. Pale, straw gold as the others in their lineup. Though this has been fermented with saison yeast, so I'm interested. Leafy, slightly oily nose. Blase. Taste is mellow, leafy greens, little bit of dank, with a quite dry finish. Okay, easier to drink then some other alternative yeast ciders I've had, but nothing special.

AKA - Tainted Love 6oz pour from the cidery. A pale pink shade. Smell is a sticky raspberry & apple essence blend. Natural, but sweet. Taste is middle of the road sweet, raspberry juice & mild apple essence that pushes out any bitter or tart angles. Fun, easy, a bit too sweet. Quite refreshing while cold though.

6oz pour at the cidery. Pale straw gold color. Smell is of apples & not much else pointing to any danger. Chili heat is immediate; no delay. Chili pizza flake flavor, with a backdrop of cool, crisp apple sweetness. Really unexpected combo/contrast. Drank the pour without a problem. Not crazy hot, but seriously envokes a need for a couple slices of Sicilian in me.

Sample at Appalachian Vintner. Hazy pale yellow color with a thin white head that burns away quickly to an outer ring. Spotty lacing. Aroma of apples and herbs. Light to medium body with an apple cider character and mild spice notes in the background. The finish is semi-sweet apple cider. Decent overall. Decent overall.

Keg at the cidery. Pours a hazy pink color. Aroma of cranberry juice, honey, mild apples. The taste is tart cranberry juice, vanilla and an earthy finish. Medium bodied, could use more cider character.
