On tap at Wedge, pours a deep dark amber brown with a small beige head. Aroma brings out bready malt and toffee. Flavour is along the same lines, with booze, toffee, and bready caramel. A bit harsh, but it works well.

On tap at Wedge, pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out light tart citrus and light lacto. Flavour is very pleasant, with lightly tart citrus and soft wheaty notes. Dry, wheaty and very easy-drinking. Good stuff.

Sample at the taproom. Black pour with a medium foamy tan head that diminishes gradually to a film. Partial rings of lacing. Roast malt, dark chocolate and fruit in the nose. Medium to full body with flavors of roasted malt, bittersweet chocolate and raspberry. The finish is malty up front with a lingering berry aftertaste. Pretty good overall.

Sample at the taproom. Hazy amber color with a medium thin off-white head that recedes steadily to an outer ring. Stringy lacing. Aroma of herbal hops, roast malt and caramel. Medium body with flavors of grassy hops, earthy malt and fruit. The finish is mildly bitter with a grassy hop aftertaste. Decent overall.

Sample at the taproom. Brownish-amber color with a medium thin foamy light beige head that recedes steadily to a film. Small patches of lacing. Yeast, dark fruit and malt aroma. Full-bodied with flavors of earthy yeast, figs and malt. The finish is slightly syrupy with a fruity yeast aftertaste. Above average overall.
