Bottle. Color: Dark murky brown, beige head. Aroma: Coffee, dark malt, vinuous, Port-like notes. Taste: Roasted malt, coffee, light tart, a bit like coffee beans and red wine can be. Definitely not as sour as you would expect because of the name. Moderate sweet and moderate to over moderate bitter. Clearly recognizable yet well balanced vinuous, Port-like, concentrated blue grapes, without a lot of sweetness. Oak wood, tannins, dry mouthfeel. Boozy mouthfeel. Over medium body, low carbonation. Vinuous red wine and coffee, roasted malt finish with very dry mouthfeel. Nicely balanced, quite complex. More Marsala and less coffee when standing longer and opening up. Nice one.

Bottle. Color: Slightly hazy dark reddish brown, off-white head. Aroma: Malty, grain, floral hopbitterness, subtle herbal / spicy rye notes. Taste: Over moderate sweetish, dark malt, pretty smooth, rye and some grainy notes. Subtle spicy due to the used rye malt. Accompanied by a nice amount of over moderate floral and very slightly citrus hopbitterness. Very light hints of dark fruit, and raisins, slightly earthy. (From the rye?) Over medium body, just under average carbonation. Long lasting finish. Nicely balanced. Nice beer.

Bottle. Color: Slightly hazy golden, white head. Aroma: Malty, some floral hop, sugary. Taste: Over moderate sweet, malty with a background of floral hop, notes of white sugar, honey, spicy and yeasty hints. Light hints of butter. Light to moderate bitterness and very slightly sour. Average carbonation, just below medium body. In a rather strange way it 's even a bit watery. Moderate bittery palate at finish. Mwah. A lot of different flavours, resulting in a rather strange but for me not very attractive combination. Not my kind of beer.
