Wässriger, malzig-herber Antrunk. Weiche Alkoholnoten, geringe Würzigkeit. Später agressiver, insgesamt aber doch sehr harmlos. Okay. 9/9/8/9/8/9

75 cl bottle @ ISKTR ’16
Aroma is odd with some sweet malt, raisins and some chocolate. Flavour has alcohol, raisins, chocolate essences and some dried fruits. Dry finish. Not very baltic porter, more like a dull & bland dubbel. And not much bourbon present.

Bottle at home. Dark caramel pour with a coarse-grained tan head with visible carbonation. Notes of caramel, dried fruit, roasted malts, coffee, subtle milk chocolate, grapes, raisins and some bourbon. Medium bodied (feels a bit too light for its style), high carbonation and a sticky sweet finish.

Bottle shared thanks to kermis. A bit murky dark brown with fizzy beige head that just lasts a few seconds and leaves no trace. Some Brett and lactic notes on the nose at first. Then a lot of bourbon, vanilla, oaky, light vegetables, dried plums, raisins, dry leafy and earthy notes. Like a forest with bourbon. Under medium sweet and bitter with a light sourness. Over medium bodied with a dry finish.
