On tap at Trinity Brewhouse, pours a hazy copper paper with a small white head. Aroma reveals very gentle citrus hops and light biscuity malt. Flavour is rather flat, with stale biscuity malt and light earthy malt. The hops aren't expressed too nicely here. Not great.

On tap at Trinity Brewhouse, pours a clpid hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out earthy hops, biscuity malt and a little spiciness. Flavour is flat and stale, with earthy hops and flat biscuity malt. How do I even describe this? All sorts of stale off-notes. Nasty.

On tap at Trinity Brewhouse, pours a hazy orange with a small white head. Nose is loaded with ginger and cardamom upfront, with a touch of honey and Belgian yeast. Flavour brings out a complementary character of ginger, honey and cardamom in a way that just melds well together. Really nicely done. Surprisingly good.

On tap at Trinity Brewhouse, pours a cloudy dark orange with a small beige head. Aroma brings out bready malt, light hop resins and a touch of caramel. Flavour has a sort of lemongrass character, with English hops, bready malt and toasted caramel. Unusual, but it kind of works. Not bad.

The appearance was a semi-murky brown color with a bar pour’s kind of slim white foamy head that slid off immediately. No lace.
The aroma had some sweet caramel/toffee malts up front playing with a little bit of earthiness, somewhat the hops, but somewhat not exactly sure.
The flavor was moderately sweet with a touch of some nuts blending with the malts. Light aftertaste of the malts. Finish was semi-sweet.
The palate was almost medium bodied, seemed to sit just a touch under with a fair sessionability about it. Carbonation felt fine. It’s fairly smooth along my tongue.
Overall, pretty good brown ale. I could have another.

The appearance was a soft burnt yellow almost copper color with a cap of a little white foamy head that fell off at a moderate pace. Slight lace.
The aroma had a nice blend of sweet wheat, vanilla, lemon to orange pulp, light coriander and a touch of floral hop quality at the very end.
The flavor brought those aromas together semi-sweetly with a touch of spice from the coriander guiding it into the aftertaste somewhat nicely. The finish was quick and semi-spicy.
The palate was between light and medium bodied with a good sessionability about it. Carbonation felt fine. ABV felt good. Nice balance of smooth to spice harshness, nothing overbearing or leaning towards the other side, just a good balance.
Overall, pretty nice beer, decent Americanized witbier. I’d have over a Blue Moon in a heartbeat.

Poured into a pint glass, the appearance was a dark brown color with a nice level two finger white foamy head that dissipated at a nice pace. Moderate lace.
The aroma takes some nuts, caramel and toffee malts, toast, biscuits and a sly chocolate malt to blend nicely.
The flavor leans towards the sweet side blending all of the previously mentioned aromas together. Crisp smooth nutty aftertaste rolling into the finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a great sessionability about it. Nice carbonation. ABV felt right.
