At Toplica in Belgrade with luttonm. Cannot report of colour and aroma, I have necked it from the bottle. Sweet taste of corn and nothing more to add. Awful. The chat with luttonm was great instead. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

27/02 A 0.5 l bottle courtesy of Marko, thanks for sharing! It poured yellow body with medium sized head. Honey, flower malt and dust made its aroma. Flavor was pretty much similar, sweetish, malty with some bitter to sourish lemon and herbal hops. Vegetable notes ruin it a bit. Medium bodied with sweetish finish. Pretty boring all in all, but showed some qualities unlike typical macros, especially the regional ones.

0.5l bottle, looking as (un)intentionally "retro" as it can, found in Belgrade on New Year in one of those rare stores that worked. Hazy golden body, medium white head. Grainy, slightly oily strangely dusty nose, bit tart. Almost Czech-like wea ricey/gluey maltiness, vague lemony hops, weak, strange signs of... Infection? Yeah, but it doesn’t come off as that bad. Weak bitterness in the aftertaste. Interesting, which cannot be said for, well, all Serbian pale lagers.

Bottled. A golden beer with a thin white head. The aroma has notes of cardboard, brewing cereal, and a bit of malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of metal, straw, and brewing cereal, leading to a dry metallic finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours golden with a slight haze and a creamy and lacing white head. Thick and unpleasant diacetyl notes. Medium body, skunky metallic with loads of butter. Rough bitter finish. Very unpleasant indeed. 171111

19/08 Had an oldschool, small and fat 0.5 l bottle of this in truly appropriate environment, of the lowest class Belgrade areas, where gypsies live in some improvised shanties and boats are rusting on the Sava river shores while few drunkards enjoy every golden sip of their beers just outside the jammed and messy mini store. Just like I did, accompanied by marko and luttonm. The beer itself got some weak grainy and slightly acidic corny aroma. Flavor was thin, grainy again with some herbal and cardboard hops. Its aftertaste was long, slightly sourish and rough bitter. Just as I was finishing it two stray dogs started a fight for a piece of dirty bread, while a local drunkard with US flag on his shirt tried to catch some country song for the hundredth time on his tuned out guitar. Sun was setting down slowly beyond New Belgrade...tomorrow seems better...

23/12 0.5 l can courtesy of Marko, great thanks for sharing! It poured pale yellow body with small head. Lemony and a bit grainy aroma. Sweetish more than bitter in flavor, grainy, with citrus and herbs on the other, hoppy side. Medium bodied with shorter sweeter finish. I assume this is better than usual macro pale lagers for the region. Add a hint of hops, it becomes a pils. Boring.

0.5l can at the mysterious hidden Belgrade store with luttonm. Guess we were lucky to get these as Vršačka Pivovara that cans these was declared bankrupt and Valjevska seems to be heading the same way. Anyway, yellow body tinged with gold, thick white, medium sized head that went away slowly. Sweet grainy nose, notes of cereal. Fruity taste, very light apricot, alcohol. Odd sweet beer, just odd.
