BOTTLE 33 CL. Slightly hazy and almost colorless, no head. Smell slightly sweet and hot, a hint of white wine and lots of mint. Very sweet, just a touch of fermentation acidity, very little mint, leaving the finish all too sweet. Not bad, bad want it drier.

Tap. Pours honey yellow, opaque. Moderate airy head. Faint aroma of tropical fuit & hay. Honey malts in between. Light body. The flavours reveal that typical APA feel still being fairly restrained. Not enough hops. Drinkable.

Tap. Lemon yellow, cloudy. Moderate white head. Smells of honey, mint. Medium body. The flavour is sweet, it is, still it’s not cloying. Honey, mint again. That makes the brew be almost refreshing. Not bad this one.
