Cloudy yellow, frothy white head. The aroma is American hops, wheat, spice. Light body. Thin texture. Fresh taste. Fruit, hops, citrus. Light bitterness. Medium hoppy finish. Pretty good. Feels more like a wheat ale though.

500ml bottle (at 6% ABV). Pours very pale yellow, slightly hazy. No head. Aroma is mint, floral, honey notes. Taste is sweet honey and peppermint. An interesting one.

500ml bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a large foamy white head with medium retention. Aroma is grapefruit, citra hop and wheat. Taste is citrus, wheat and vanilla, slightly bitter. Tastes exactly the same as Trekhgornoe Beloe, which is made by the "parent" brewer of Volkovskaya, although the alcohol content is higher.
I had my doubts but this is quite nice. Sparkling session mead with fruity and floral honey and peppermint. #wolfbearpig

Bottle courtesy of Magnus. Pours hazy extremely pale golden with a small fizzy white head that quickly dissipates without leaving and trace on the glass. Smell is slightly fruity, slightly floral and herbal with fruity and floral honey, peppermint, minerals and lemon peal. Taste is sweet, tiny fruity and herbal. Mouthfeel is round, tiny sparkling and light to medium bodied. Finish is sweet with soda, honey and peppermint. Actually quite good!

Bottle at a tasting, small creamy beige head, quite opaque very deep brown color with light reddish hus, aroma of vanila and dark fruits, soy, chocolate, dark bread and a metalic hint, flavor of coffee and dark chocolate, quite sour but not too much with just a hint of sweetness. Nice.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Max’s place. Thanks tomer. Black with a nice tan head. Aroma of chocolate, soy sauce, dark fruits. Sweet and slightly sourish flavor, with chocolate, dark fruits, some umami, and a slightly bitterish roasty finish. Medium-bodied. Good.
