@NH-on tap-tight tan head with trailing lace-dk brown. A-roasty dk malt, some raspberry. T-roasty dk malt, sweet raspberry. Soft carbonation.

Served on draft at the brewpub. Pours a clear amber color with a large creamy white head. Good head retention and lacing. Aroma of citrus, herbal and floral hops. The taste is citrus, a faint bit of resin, and caramel malts. Medium bodied, well balanced. Nice beer.

Served on cask at the Princeton location. Pours a clear dark brown color with a thin head. Poor head retention. Aroma of caramel, earthy notes and herbal hops. The taste is caramel, citrus, nuts and an almost toffeeish note. Medium bodied, and possibly the best beer on that day.

Served on draft at the brewpub. Pours a very dark brown color with a large brown head. Decent head retention. Aroma of rich chocolate, nuts, strong herbal hops. The taste is sweet malts, chocolate, roasted finished and an almost ashy note. Medium bodied. Decent.

Clear golden with a white head. Aroma is lightly floral, doughy malt, some hops. Medium mouth. Flavor has light hoppy floral notes with bready malts backing it up. Decent.
