On tap at Triumph in New Hope, PA. Medium gold pour. Small, creamy white cap. Bready malt aroma has an herbal hop accent. Flavor is sweet, biscuity malt, grassy, noble hops and a hint of minerality. Smooth and flavorful. A touch of hop spiciness from the Saaz hops? Nice balance and drinkability.

Flavor is dark and roasty. Some stickiness on the palate. Dark dried fruits as well. Warming alcohol in middle. Malty finish has some hop spiciness.
