With a background in science and a penchant for the cavalier and unusual, our team began brewing in downtown St. Louis in 2013. Moving to our new and expanded location in South City in 2018, our lineup includes a number of rare brews you won't find anywhere else.

Bottle shared by BeerBoxer. Pours like grapefruit juice. Smells rather earthy. Med minus body. Flavor is sort of earthy and something like grapefruit. Overall effect suggests Berliner Weiss.

Bottle at the California 10K event. Pours dishwater god with a white head. Aroma is citrus and fruit. Med body. Hop burn. Flavor is towards pine and fruit. Very tasty. Very hoppy.

Bottle shared by beerboxer at the California 10K event. Pours dishwater gold with a slight white head. Aroma is lightly sour and a bit earthy. Med body. Flavor is lightly sour, earthy, spicy. Very nice. Finishes like it tastes.
