Pour is a black with no head at all. Aroma is toasted marshmallow's with cinnamon. Flavor is more of the cinnamon. Did not get much or any espresso. The was a toasted marshmallow covered cinnamon beer. Tasty but sweet and I could only do a few sips before the sweetness got to me.

Pour is a clear gold with almost no head at all. Aroma is white sugar and coriander. Flavor is dry blond malt, a Belgian yeast ester and more of the coriander. More of a tripel and wit combo. It's ok and I don't know why this is so flat. My can says this is now 8% ABV.

Tapped tap, 2/13/24. Clear lemon-brass, no head. Heavily sour, lots of acetic, lots of lactic, lots of acidic peach. Acid! Some malt, at least. Cinnamon, graham cracker, pie crumbles, granola. Not anywhere as sour as the nose. Flabby texture. Granola-like flavor lingering is weird. Not sure what's going on here.

Half pour on tap at the brewery. Appearance is lightly hazy pale yellow with no sparkle, ring of off-white head and no lacing. Aroma is strong cat piss. Taste is strong cat piss with peach and citrus complements and late yeast and cracker. Mouthfeel is light side of light-to-medium bodied with smooth texture, soft carbonation and crisp dry finish as taste. Overall, good strength but the cat piss is a bit much. Kudos for the effort and if you like that sort of thing you’ll love this.

Taste is tart fruit, lemongrass, foeder and light pepper. Mouthfeel is light side of light-to-medium bodied with bubbly texture, average carbonation and crisp finish as taste. Overall, one of the more pleasant Brett beers I’ve had. Well made.

Half pour on tap at the brewery. Appearance is clear golden yellow with trace sparkle, ring of off-white head and trace lacing. Aroma is strong tart fruit, Chardonnay grape and oak. Taste is as aroma. Mouthfeel is light side of light-to-medium bodied with smooth texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste.
