Bomber from Bottles N Bins in Monterey, CA. Pours dark brown with a tan head. Aroma has lots of tequila, berry, leather, wood. Near full body. Flavor is musty/oaky with grape berry and tequila. The overall result is "aged". I like "aged". Has a light sour component. A beer for those who like certain flavor variations.

Bomber from Bottles N Bins in Monterey, CA. Pours dark copper with a beige head. Aroma is floral with a chocolate note. Med minus body. Flavor is a bit spicy, somewhat roasty malt, a touch of nut, and a hint of chocolate. Better than many ambers, but incredible amounts of hop would help it IMHO.

Bomber from Bottles N Bins in Monterey, CA as "Blonde Ale" at 5.0% and 15 IBU. Pours translucent gold with a white head. Aroma is mildly bready malt with some citrus that has an orange aspect. Med body or so. Malt is bready, hop is citrus, and it has an aspect like a "thick" kolsch. Ok for those not looking for lots of flavor.

Bomber from Bottles N Bins in Monterey, CA. Pours translucent gold with a white head. Mild hop aroma, tho it has a certain "bite". Med body or so. Flavor is lightly fruity hop and some malt. It is towards dry, and it is bitter. Back in the day this would have been top-hole.

Bomber from AJs in Soquel, CA. Pours very dark brown with a creamy dark tan head. Aroma of coffee - light here - alcohol and fruit. Med + body. It’s almost like this had been in a wine barrel. Guess that’s the heat and fruit. But it’s whiskey - and I guess for me the whiskey is suggesting fruit. Interesting and fairly good tasting. Whiskey does seem to dominate the coffee.
