This is incredible. I don’t remember the last time I had such a pale beer with so much flavor. Glorious spotlight on the smoked profile. Almost sweetly smoked. Unassumingly pro brew. 6.66%. Gumby says: β€œWhat the Helles?!”

Draft. A- Grainy, grassy, light. A- Gold color, clear liquid, white head. T- Grassy, straw. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- Nothing special but an easy drinker at an Austin weird bar post covid. That alone was nice.

12 oz. can from Spec's in Boerne, TX. Pours a crystal clear light gold color with a large white head and great retention. Spotty lacing. Almost no aroma. Tastes like a mix of lager, golden ale and light pilsner. More malt and bread flavors than a typical pilsner with only a little pilsner malt and hops in the finish. Very understated. Lightly crisp mouthfeel. Clean and smooth and easily repeatable. A pilsner lite?
