Dark brown color with mahogany shades. The aroma is a strange mix of cherry syrup, yeast, cleaning product. Horrible flavor, burnt malt and soap, very dry, with a touch of cherries. The final too is horrible, burnt malt only.
I couldn’t drink even half of my glass…

Golden color. Finally a drinkable one in this brewpub, with aromatic and fruity hops, resiny, and the body is quite malty.

Dark brown color. Aroma of roasted malt. Thin mouthfeel, flavor based on roasted malt with some caramel. Too much bitter.

Golden color. Let’s say that there is a light hoppy fruitness in the aroma; and yes, they used some aroma hops. But the body is thin, no malt, and the hop is metallic, the infusion too long. Odd.

Light amber color. Very common Lager, just a light touch of caramel. Boring.

Blond color. Poor lager, not a wheat beer, with just a hidden, dry, hop touch. I guess it’s Heineken.

GABF 2002: Deep dark sweet cherry aroma. Almost black showing red in color. Strong coffee and roasted flavors, only a hint of cherry. A little on the light side.
