Sample at the brewpub. Pours a clear dark amber-brown color with a medium thin and creamy light beige head that diminishes quickly. Thin sheet of lacing on the glass. Aroma of sweet malt and nuts. Light body with vaguely sweet malt, nut and light hops flavor. The finish is sweet chocolate malt that does not linger very long. Barely average overall.

Sample at the brewpub. This brew is a cloudy pale yellow color with a thin ivory colored head that dissipates steadily. Thin rings of lacing. Aroma of wheat and banana. Light, clean body with flavors of wheat, banana and a touch of cloves. The finish is fruity and leaves a mild spice and wheat aftertaste. Fairly straightforward and average all around.

6.4/10 β€” Appearance 6 Aroma 7 Flavor 6 Texture 6 Overall 6.5
Sample at the brewpub. This beer pours a clear honey color with a thin off-white head that diminishes steadily. Spotty lacing on the glass. Aroma of honey and brady malt, along with some spice. Medium-bodied with a mouthfeel like a lighter Barley Wine, this is definitely a sipper. Flavors of wheat, dark malt, tart fruit and honey are all present. The finish is round and sweet with a lingering honey and spice aftertaste. Although this is a unique beer, it is hard to imagine drinking an entire snifter of it.

4.6/10 β€” Appearance 6 Aroma 5 Flavor 4 Texture 4 Overall 4.5
Sample at the brewpub. This beer is a hazy yellow color with a thin white head that dissipates steadily. Stringy lacing. Mild honey and fruit in the nose. Light-bodied with a flavor similar to blueberry cough syrup. Some sweetness as well, but all around not very tasty. The finish is tart fruit and leaves some berry aftertaste. Overall I would not try this again.

Draught at the brewpub, as Springfest Ale
Blond color. The aroma is a bit perfumy, citrusy, flowery. Medium body, with a light Bourbon vanilla touch over a Lager-like beer. Odd.

Draught at the brewpub
Red color. The aroma is lightly spicy, and very light cherry and artificial vanilla too. The flavor is quite odd, too bitter, with a dry Belgian Triple mixed with alienated particles. It’s a Belgian Triple with a fake cherry touch; bad.
