Bottle @ home. Clear orange golden color, medium to full sized white to slightly off-white head that lasts for a long time and leaves fair lacing. Aroma is malts, hops, lightly resin and pine but unfortunately also a sweaty hint. Taste malts, nicely bitter, hops, a slight metallic hint. I feel as though I’ve got a bottle that’s either been affected by (sun)light or it’s a bit old. Best before date is March 2015 though. Decent body and carbonation. Must taste way better when it’s really fresh. (Unless off course it is fresh...)

33cl Bottle from De Bierkoning. Clear orange-amber colour, white head. Aroma of caramel, honey, flowers, resin. Flavour is likewise, some minerals, light bitter floral / light soapy finish. Light-bodied. Typical American malt backbone if you ask me. Nice effort, could be more aromatic.

Bottle @ home. Opaque pitch black color, fizzy lively brown head. Aroma is malts, toasted malts, dark sugar. The carbonation is still very lively and fizzy and really gets in the way of the flavors which are clearly there underneath the carbonation. A lot of potential, but the carbonation absolutely kills the beer imo.
