Description

330ml bottle from Vinmonopolet Sentrum, Tromsø. Off-white, bubbly head leaving lacing rings on the glass. Cloudy orange coloured body. Restrained wood and yeasty fruitiness on the nose. Farmyard, yeast, and tart ripe lemon to the taste profile. Mid-dry fruity tartness to the ending. Medium bodied. Sorry, not for me. (Tromsø 20.06.2018).

Bottle at home. Clear golden with fizzy off white head. Sweet malts, light honey, fresh baked bread, dried flowers, grass, some tangerine. Lots of bready malts but with a strong honey/pastry note which gives way to some solid bitter hops. Over medium sweet and quite bitter. Medium bodied with nice full carbonation but goes down very well. Very drinkeable without being boring or one dimensional. Nice.
