22oz bottle pours out a cola color topped with a sand head. Nose is light caramel malts some grassy earthy hop notes. Taste is more of the caramel sweetness grassy hops and a little bitterness on the end.

Pours pale straw into a shaker. Bright white voluminous head consumes two glasses and tophats the second. Tart lemon aromas. Sharp with lemon and blueberry upfront turning to sour yogurt meringue before the lasting bitter crushed seed finish.

Bottle, camping, 7/2/2016. Decent aroma of nutty and earthy malts. Light hops. Weird fruitiness comes through on the flavor and the brown ale flavors fall off. Way over carbonated, which hurts drinkability a lot. One bottle was more than enough.

650 ml bottle with the best by May, 2016 ticked on the edge of the label. Almost see through brown color, normal carbonation. Weak head retention. Aroma is caramel malt, weakly nutty like hints. Weak earthy note.
Not much in the way of toasted nuts or big malts. Mostly just weak caramel malt. Weak earthy bitterness. Body is very watery and light. Mouthfeel is more water then malts or character. It is not undrinkable, very below average in every regard.

12 oz. bottle. Lightly hazy golden color, normal carbonation. Aroma is weak lemon, a nuance of blueberries, pale grain.
The aroma had me hopeful but.... The body is watery thin, fizzy carbonation. It’s like drinking watered down blueberry lemonade with carbonation. It’s more like a watered down shandy. Gosh, this is not inspiring.

Bottle from Bert’s Lightly hazy deep straw color with a huge bubbly white head that persists. Light sulfur initially that dissipated. Lemony straw hay maltiness and littl else on the nose. Lemon blueberry mineral water sulfur and light metallic flavors. Yeah this is not for me.

Pours an amber from the tap, malty flavor with a little diacetyl butteriness I think. Oily mouthfeel. Meh.

This was poured into a becher pint glass.
The appearance was a semi-hazy semi-burnt brown color with a decent transparency about it. The head quickly dissipated leaving some messy lacing.
The smell had some light roasty coffee, light burnt toffee, some caramel malts over top of some burnt toast.
The taste took all of those previously mentioned flavors to combine and definitely bring about the toast. Dry nutty to caramel to toast aftertaste leads into a dry finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light on the body with a fairly decent sessionability about it. Carbonation runs fairly light and smooth.
Overall, as it warms, the vanilla escapes pretty much all of the way and leaves a super drying effect laying down on my tongue. I’m thinking this is a one and done for me.

12 oz. can purchased at 7- Eleven. Can has a date of 11/06/15. Amber color with thin lasting white head. Aroma is caramel malts, herbal and floral hops.
The malt and hops do have balance but the bitterness is almost overly herbal. Bitterness ends lightly harsh. Even if the bitterness wasn’t as harsh the beer still has a very watery body and texture.
