At at a festival. Black of course. Very high IBU. Tons of hops for the style, and it reminds me of Darkness or Dark Lord in that regard. On the dry side, heavy roast, some coffee quality. Full flavored and a surprisingly good imperial stout from Rock Bottom.

Minnesota Trip Beer #246. Keg at Rock Bottom Minneapolis Airport, 5/14/16. Clear dark brown, large creamy tan head, good retention. Aroma of chocolate and nuts. The taste matches with some mild roastiness. Medium bodied, well balanced. Last beer of the trip. Best beer trip ever! Thanks jackl and the rest of the Minneapolis crew!
