A very light, golden color pilsner. It does look ok, but not a very impressive head. There is a light hop bite and I do taste Saaz hops. On the dry side.

A smooth oatmeal stout. Light smoke, and the faintest hint of coconut. It is a good idea, but they need to see it through.

For three years in a row, Rock Bottom has done a respectable Saison for the Autumn Beer Review. This beer is bitter and spicy, some wheat. Cloudy yellow with a white head. Light barnyard aroma, some yeast, and a little bit sour.

First let me say I am very pleased that Rock Bottom would attempt this style. This beer was easily the most unique at the ABR ’05. They got the aroma right; a friend described it as barnyard. The beer is yellow, and the flavor is dominated by grapefruit. They did the aroma right; the flavor needs some work. Fairly dry finish. Gets extra points for effort; will get more with refinement. A good start.

Dark copper color. It had a wheat taste I didn't expect. Sweet. Very smooth, but slightly subdued. medium bodied. Lacked aroma.
