All Pints North 2016. Carbonation is very low, for a sour. Brown color. No head. I picked up lots of grapefruit flavor with light sourness. Decent.

Winterfest 2016. Definitely the Irish version. Dry and bitter, some very light caramel. Lots of unprocessed cereal grain character. I am not crazy about this and find it kind of hard to drink.

Sampled at Beer Dabbler. Dark brown color, well carbonated which is good. Not getting Belgain yeast or the sweetness i expect from this style, but muddled flavors that are difficult to discern. Some sweetness, kind of an odd beer.

Beer Dabbler 2016 and again at Winterfest. Black color. not much character that I associated with a Baltic porter. it tastes good but lacks the anise I expect. The roasted malt character is prominent. Some chocolate. The brewer said he did not put anise in the beer because it ruins tap lines.
