Part of the "12 Greatest Brews of the World" sampler pack found at my local Wal-Mart. This is the most blatant case of false advertising I have seen since Budweiser first tried to convince us that drinking their beer would give you rock hard abs and a bikini-model girlfriend. Let''s start with the fact that the beer isn''t even RED. It''s orange. Not even reddish-orange, just orange. I am guessing it might not really be from Scotland either. Anyway the aroma has a little malt and caramel going for it, as does the flavor, but overall it is woefully thin and flavorless.

Part of the "12 Greatest Brews of the World" sampler pack found at my local Wal-Mart. If this is one of the "best beers", I would hate to try the worst. Actually this wasn''t awful, it just doesn''t really taste like anything. Pours an orange color with a thick foamy head and thin lacing. Aroma is indeed creamy. There was really nothing to the flavor at all, it was mostly sweet creamy carbonation. I guess no flavor is better than bad flavor.

Part of the 12 Greatest Brews of the World sampler pack found at my local Wal-Mart. You just know you are getting into trouble with a claim like that. Sure enough, not only was this not the best Wheat beer in the world, I doubt it was even the best Wheat beer at Wal-Mart. Pours an ugly fizzy yellow with a thin white head. A little hops in the aroma. Flavor was mostly sour with just enough hops to keep me from dumping the whole thing. As it stands I only dumped half.
