Tap at Craft Beer Holiday. An opaque gold with an eggy yuzu and wheat aroma that has a touch of sulfur to it. Medium to full bodied with a very sharp carbonation. The taste is quite good, eggy, wheat, sharply tart yuzu, and some spicy almost clove & white pepper like esters.

Keyaki fall 2016. Wheat-forward nose with nutmeg, star anise and cinnamon coming on strong. Some light citrus as it warms. Clean and fairly easy drinking, more spice. Keyaki fall 2016. Full on lemongrass nose with some clove honey notes and grain in the background. Scratchy grain on the palate. Light sweetness...hmmm kind of like those trees de-odorizers people used to hang in their cars. On tap at Takumiya, Kyoto. Cloudy dark orange, white head. Nice hoppy fruity aroma. Malty, citrus, sweetish. Not so bitter. Ok.

cloudy color. Tons of yuzu cracked pepper wheat aniseed. Very complex mouth. Semi sweet. Fairly decent stuff. Not really a saison but decent.

Tap at Craft Beer Holiday. Light yuzu nose, crisp, dry, saison yeast. Crisp and dry flavor, just anouth yuzu and not too much, somewhat dirty finish. Nice.

Tap at Dig. Nose of chocolate and spicy Belgian yeast, plus probably some added spices. A bit dirty and acidic. Very spicy flavor, chocolate and coffee. A bit thin, with a bitter, astringent spice finish and a bit of tartness. Doesn’t really work.
