Tap @ Keyaki Beer Festival Autumn 2017. Pours nice white, hazy, decent foam as a weizen should have. Nose has cloves, soft yeasty character, medium intensity, earthy. Taste follows in the same vein, nice creamy texture, weizen yeast has done its work well, medium bodied, everything is in its place. Some earthy fruitiness. Probably one of the best wizens I have had - and I have had this one several times before, always consistently great.

Tap @ Keyaki Beer Festival Autumn 2017. Brown with some beige foam. Light roast, some sweetness, light roast. Bit of eathyness once it warms. Taste is nice earty, mix of cocoa and light toffee sweetness. Sessionable. Aftertaste has caramel, toffee and lightly dry. Good one actually, very much enjoyable.

Tap @ Keyaki Beer Festival Autumn 2017.γ€€Pours clear golden. White and persistent foam, very sticky lacings. Light spice nose, bit grainy. Tastes bitter and relatively light, herbal and citrusy, not so juicy. Nice spicy herbal feel, clean and balanced. Dry herbal finish. Beautiful summer beer.

Tap at Keyaki Spring 2017. Nose of oranges, wheat, peaches, mango. Tangy fruit flavor, pepper, oranges, mango, biscuits. Rather ugly brown-orange with lace. A bit flat, smooth. Good but could be awesome with some fine-tuning.

Very cloudy, tart fruity nose with apples and blueberries. Light tart mouth, the fruit dominates the funkiness of the saison but it’s awesome. Awesome

Cloudy light amber color. Soapy, nose with tons of coriander and oranges. A bit too over the top on spices but good.

Deep orange, some haze, white foam. Floral and some greener herbal hops in the nose, little fruity sweetness as well. Taste brings out some more hops, nice bitter but not rough, very balanced and soft, even creamy. Nice and super drinkable, smooth IPA, liking its mellow hop character.

Hazy white peach colour, lucious white foam. Nice sour aroma, fruity, mild balsamic, overripe, already fermenting autumn apples. Taste is nicely tart, beautiful balance. Fruity, juicy and sour. Peach comes out also in flavour, silky and super delicious.

Deep hazy orange, nice white foam. Spicy Belgian yeast nose, peppery, maybe a bit sansho there? Taste tells me that yes, there is some sansho. Not too much, nicely balanced with herbal hops, decent body and warming overall feel - which is great for only 5% abv. Some light tingle remains on the tongue and throat has some dry bitter sensation. Nice one, enjoying this a lot.

Tap at Kyoto Fest 2017. Amber-brown. Very spicy nose, herbal, something like ginger, Belgian yeast, citrus. Fruity and spicy, not too sweet, dry finish. Nice carbonation. Need to re-visit this one, but I liked it a lot.
