Tap at Boku to Inu. Lovely shiny black with a thick brown head. Juicy malt nose, chocolate and coffee and a bit of soy sauce. Rich, malty flavor, chocolate, some berries and a bitter, tannic finish from the acorns. Interesting but would probably taste better without the acorns.

Tap at Dig. Hazy gold. Salty lemon nose, crackers. Nice tartness, lemony, salt, lactic acid is medium, with stronger bretty notes. Interesting. Pineapple really coming through. Good. More bretty than lacto.

Keyaki fall 2016. Grainy, fruit granola nose with a touch of roasted coffee and vanilla. More coffee on the palate with scratchy graininess. The coffee works pretty well, but maybe a little too one-dimensional. Tap at Keyaki. Cloudy pink-purple-orange color with lace. Not so pretty! Fruity nose, yamamomo, blueberry, raspberry, a little juniper. Nicely tart fruit flavor, spicy juniper, a bit funky. Bread. Very fun, tart, and tasty.

Tap at Keyaki. Centennial hopped Belgian yeast saison. Cloudy gold-pastel yellow. high head goes quickly to pretty lace. Bright saison nose, light spice, lemon, bread. Tart, tangy, lemony flavor. Bread, wheat, great prickly but soft carbonation. Very nice summery saison.

Tap at Gremlin. Grainy, granola like aromas with some dried apricot and raisins. Wheaty body with some more grain on the palate but slightly watery. Good fruit flavors with grain. Tap at Transporter x Nakameguro Taproom Taiwan Earthquake relief event. Light caramel, peach and pepper on the nose. Average carbonation with a medium body. More peach and some apricot on the palate, some stone fruit. Light pepper and honey on the finish. Very nice malty British styled IPA. The yeast may have covered up some of the hoppy aromas in my glass. Tap at Wiz. Pours a slightly hazy orange with a one-finger, soapy white head. Aromas of orange, ginger and pear with a nice Belgian yeast character. Medium body with average carbonation.
