Dry hopped version, on cask at the Tokyo Real Ale Festival. Huge frothy head. Cloudy-ass yellow color. Humongous hop aroma. Lovely. Big bitterness, big hop flavor, honey and caramel malt. Over the top but very nice and much better than the non-dry-hopped version.

Clear yellow with a white head. Sweet malts, light grain, lightly floral aroma. Nice smooth mouth. Sweet malts, some grain flavor, very light hops in the flavor. I could take it or leave it.

Dry hopped with Amarillo, on draught at Thrash Zone. Hoppy, citrus aroma. Pretty light, golden-orange color. Big, aromatic, flowery hops, with honey and citrus flavor. Nice, hoppy, American ale feel. Interesting.

Draught at Bulldog, Tokyo. Clear amber. Sweetish and caramelly. Pineapple esters covered in piney hops. Clean hard malt makes it sharp, resiny bitterness also gets in the way. Quite rough and unbalanced.

Draught at Thrash Zone, Yokohama (as Atsugi Amarillo Honey). Clear pale amber. Aroma of hoeny dew and lychee. Swet and clean with a bit of crystal malt and medium body. Perfumy honey and paper. Low bitterness. Some nice flavours, but feels a bit simplistic.

Bottle, 2 weeks past expiration date. Made with deep sea water and a bit of wheat. Black, but a bit thin looking and not much of a head. Creamy aroma of chocolate, caramel, and a bit of roastiness. Rich malt taste, with coffee, chocolate, creamy. Medium body, a touch of sour, but decently well put together taste-wise.

Bottle. Hoppy, floral, golden malt aroma, like a nice blonde ale with wheat. Fruity, and just a bit soapy. Medium gold color, thin head. Hoppy, light, fruity flavor with wheat malt in the background. Slightly creamy. A bit thin and light for now, but should be great in the summer. Decent light wheat ale, but could be a lot richer.

Bottle. Contains wheat malt. Sweetish, malty aroma, decent fruit, some hops. Close to a helles, with a bit of citrus. Deep golden color, with just a touch of amber. Nice thick head. Rather sweet flavor, malty with a cereal edge and some butter. A touch medicinal too. Lights hops. Not unpleasant but not special. Finish is a bit muddled, sweet malts, some hops... Not hoppy enough to be a pils, not complex in malt enough to be a helles. Rather average lager. A bit too sweet.
