Hazy, pale but a bit dull. This is a bit fruity, and something else I can't put my finger on. On the palate, seems more overtly diacetyl, and while there's some frutiness, and not much malt character. Ends up being a bit of a mess.

16 oz. bottle, pours an opaque milky yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out moderately dank hops, some yeast, and a little vegetable character. Flavour is quite vegetal, with dank hops, some yeast, and lots of herbal, cabbage-y character. Not bad, but there are definitely some undesirable elements here.

16 oz can poured, and enjoyed at Hop and Hound. Thick, hazy pale yellow pour. Pineapple juice appearance. Cream foam head. Tons of citrus in this profile. Low bitter, smooth and easy drinking. Aroma reminds me of peach and cream oats, and a citrus hoppy pairing. Really creamy body, almost sweet. A really like this flavor. Add this brew to my golf course wish list.

16 oz can poured. Hope the cans keep coming from these guys. I don't get a chance to visit the taproom nearly enough. Juicy, hazy orange pour. Wish I had a Jet Hag to compare. It's been forever! Smooth taste, melon hops, slight citrus. Cream constant. Hop profile really sticks out here, making this a fine Mosaic showcase. Cool finish to this one. Solid brew.

Draft pour pint enjoyed at Hop and Hound, which has really been my fresh hop headquarters this year. A golden orange get pour, loose bubble head. A smooth pale here. Really easy drinking, orange, citrus, grassy hop profile. Malt remains balanced and very much present. Just has the slightest bitterness to it. Overall a really smooth and enjoyable fresh hop.

Draft pour pint at Yard House, Seattle. New football season means a new season of weekly visits here to cure my displaced fan syndrome. A hazy golden orange pour. A very distinct orange juice like flavor, just slightly thinner. Grainy background beneath the juice. Orange and grain aroma. An easy drinking IPA, especially for the early riser. Good stuff.

Pale amber color. Sweet malt profile that may seem a bit underdeveloped. Has some powerful grain notes that morph to chocolate in the finish. Interesting.

Clear golden. Like drinking a mosaic hop. Very crisp and clean. Floral and tropical. Medium bodied. Good stuff. Labeled Mosaic Hoppy Pilsner.
