Cask days 2015, deScription said it was brewed with experimental hop 07270. Nice citrus nose, lots of zesty oils, grapefruit, some mango. Medium bitterness, pithy finish, more citrus juice.

On tap at Ladyface, pours a deep dark mahogany with a small beige head. Aroma is very perfumey, with plenty of balsamic notes, red wine-like tannins, and acetic acid. Flavour is very acetic, with lots of perfumey notes, lots of acetic acid, balsamic, and a hint of chocolate. Very harsh and acetic—that's not too palatable.

On tap at Ladyface, pours a hazy amber with a small beige head. Nose is loaded with brett, some red wine barrels, and aged oak character. Flavour reveals a nice aged oak character—plenty of wood and gentle red wine character—followed by a touch of brett and farmhouse notes. Really nice oaky and red wine character. Very good.

On tap at Ladyface, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out gentle rustic saison yeast and crisp wheaty notes. Flavour is clean, with gentle, rustic saison yeast, soft wheaty notes, and biscuity malt. Rustic and dry. Pleasant.

Bottle with Maekchu. Honey, peaches, biscuits, booze, some toffee, white grapes, vanilla, vinegar. Deep honey gold with lace. Tangy tart with tons of sweet honey almost being balanced, lemon, grapefruit, apple, bit of vinegar. Boozy, sweet, sour, lots going on here and it seems a bit confused and maybe still too young but nevertheless fun and interesting.

16.9 oz bottle from Tavour with a very sexual label depicting a naked lady having an orgasm with an octopus. Aroma is caramelly, very boozy, sherry, raisin. Pours hazy burnt orange with a one finger bone-white head that falls into a ring somewhat quickly. Taste is very sour (what the flying fuck? I was not expecting a sour at all when I ordered this--it's at least an 8/10 on a sour scale) and sweet with oxidized sherry raisiny notes, finishing with a light tannic dryness. It is crazy complex, and I almost want to call it a messy disaster, but I keep coming back for another sip. Fascinating, and definitely not a disaster like first impressions and what one would think after reading about what all went into this.

Bottle. Lightly acetic nose, bretty funk, lemon, green apple, oak, slightly buttery from the wood. Tart flavor, some vinegar, grapes, vinous, slightly flowery and quite malty. Very nice.

Tastes like a French whore of a saison, good! Kinda like gin.

Bottle shared by Marcus. Pours brassy gold with no significant head. Aroma of lightly sour white berries. Med body. Flavor is slightly sour oaky wood with white grapes. Very very light Brett. Towards dry. Tannin is present. Pretty sophisticated palate.

Strong funk and dry as hell. Rough to drink, bretta out of control here.
