Pours a nice hazy straw from a bottle. Light kumquat aroma over a tart oak and farmhouse hay. Similar flavor, pretty nice, my wife didn't like it although we usually are in agreement about funky/sour beers. Good beer.

Pours a golden amber, a hint of a blush from a bottle, little head, almost still looking. Complex tannic honey floral aroma, flavor is tart bright lemon with a hint of bread, again tannic and some light oak notes. Complex, tart, ending on a medicinal, almost quinine bitterness. Pretty good beer.

On tap at the Lama Dog, Santa Barbara. Pours cloudy golden with white head. Fruit, grapes, vinous, quite sour, funk, wood. Medium bodied. Moderate carbonation.

Bottle shared by Marcus. Pours darkly ruddy copper with a transient, slight tan head. Aroma is treacle and red berrry with a note of heat. Med body. Flavor is treacle, red berry, musty oak and a touch of heat. Oxidation notes. Tasty stuff.

Bottle at WTF V. Pours a hazy gold with frothy white head. The aroma is strong funk, lacto, grape, oak. Medium body, funk, grape, oak, light acidity, very good.

A beautiful clear copper with a honey aroma and a certain dankness. The taste is tart, wheaty, honey and tart citrus. More approachable than Trebuchet but just as good.

Very light gold with an acidic tart aroma. Medium bodied with tons of cork, white pepper and zesty citrus. Super acidic but nice. Tasty.
