Keg at Pivzavod (Buiucani), Chişinau. Clear golden, creamy head. Fruity doughy nose. Mid sweet with light-medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Dough, grass and butter. Low bitterness.

Keg at Brothers Pub, Chişinau. Hazy mahogany colour. Lemony caramel aroma. Mid sweet with light-medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Sourish buttery caramel. Low bitterness. Unpleasant

PET growler. Cloudy golden, white head. Light sweet bread and tart green fruit. The taste is similar - sweet bread and a bit of funky tartness (it’s off but not by much). Creamy, lightly carbonated body. Some yeast and almost no bitterness. Not bad.

Tangy mash malt and a hint of barley. Suddy foam like bubble baths. Tap poured into plastic 1L bottle at Beer Shop for like $1. Tangy mash finish.

TAP at a random bar in Chişinău. Burnt sugar, but not too sweet, balancing woody tannins and light roasty and hoppy bitterness. Quite clean. Unpretentious, decent. 5-3-6-3-11=2,8

Head: beige, medium, frothy to creamy, below avg retention. Colour: chestnut, clear.
Aroma: grainy, caramel, burnt sugar, medicine.
Taste: starts lightly sweet, then gets drier with a kvass tint, some stale barrel character and a soft bitter finish. 5-3-5-2-10=2,5

Head: white, small, frothy, poor retention. Colour: yellow, clear.
Aroma: mostly malty and grainy, some lemony grassy notes.
Taste: light grain, malt, some sweet-and-sour notes (lemon/green apple?), light bitterness.

Draft in 1 liter PET courtesy of Boystount, thanks very much! Clear gold color, small white edge head. Aroma of black pepper and straw. Taste is lemon, hay, subtle black pepper. A bit thin but refreshing, and no off flavors.

Gold, and the aroma has a hint of spicy hop and maybe a touch of diacetyl. Balanced body with light sourness in the finish.
