A decent pale ale, but not the cleanest fermentation . Clearly made with dry yeast, So it’s lacking the qualities of a true quality pale ale. Beer Time Chisinau

Double IPA from Galiaris-Com (Gotter)

On tap at Taproom 27, pours a clear copper with a small beige head. Aroma is very malty, with sweet caramel malt and more subdued resinous hops. Flavour is along the same lines, being very malty and sweet, with lots of caramel malt dominating. The resinous hops take a back seat and fail to provide the hoppy robustness you want from the style. Not great for the style, but it's not a bad beer.

On tap at Taproom 27, pours a cloudy bright yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out light clove and soft wheat, with little estery character. Flavour is along the same lines, with bright citrus, some weird tartness and clove. A bit off, but it's not too bad.

On tap at Taproom 27, pours a cloudy golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out bright citrus, some phenols, biscuity malt. Flavour is along the same lines, with light phenols, bright citrus and biscuity malt. Pretty unassuming and easy to drink despite the issues. Meh.

Keg at Pivzavod (Buiucani), Chişinau. Clear mahogany colour, creamy head. Aroma of dark bread and licorice. Sweet with light body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Cummin and fennel. Dark bread. No bitterness. Good, proper kvass.

Keg at Brothers Pub, Chişinau. Hazy deep golden, small head. Fruity nose wily some hay. Sweet with medium body and rounded, oily mouthfeel. Dough, apricots and grass, some caramel. Low bitterness. Rustic, but not unpleasant.
