330ml bottle as Taps Istanbul Smoke Lager, 4.5% ABV, at Monks Café Sveavägen. Light amber body with a thin, white head. Smoked aroma, alright. Lighter taste of smoked malts added by fruity hints. Soft in the mouth. Refreshing and easy to drink (Stockholm, 13.09.2010).

330ml bottle, 4% ABV according to the information on the bottle.Nicely served at Monks Café Sveavägen. Clear, dark red-amber. Decent off-white head. Faint aroma of half sweet malts with fruity notes. Dark fruits mixed with chocolate malts in flavour. Rounded, dry fruity ending. Light to medium bodied. Not bad at all (Stockholm, 13.09.2010).

Smoke aroma, clear golden color with brief yellow head, light body and abrupt finish. Though the flavor is interesting, the beer overall is not great.

Bottled@The 1st Vaasa CS/ES beer session (thanks AM). Orangeish golden colour with mediumsized slightly off-white head. Aroma is rather caramel malty along with some wooden and fruity notes. Flavour is caramel malts, some fudge as well as mild fruity and wooden notes.

Bottled@The 1st Vaasa CS/ES beer session (Thanks AM). Ambery brown colour with mediumsized beige fluffy head. Aroma is caramel malts, some slight alcohol as well as some slight fruity and berryish notes. Flavour is quite strong on sweet malts as well as some berries and mild notes of alcohol. Fruity and bitter wooden finish.

Milder Antrunk, sehr leicht hopfig, im Mittelteil etwas herb. Das Bier ist zwar erfrischend, jedoch selbst im Vergleich mit weniger kräftigen Kölschen mild bzw. aromenarm. Mild malziger Antrunk, sehr leicht herb. Im Mittelteil getreidig, etwas bitter, hier kuam noch malzig. Etwas lasch, so geht es dann in den etwas grasigen Abgang, sehr leicht hopfig. Naja... Test vom 11.8.2008, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 9,7,7,6,11,7 - 7,25

Süßlich-malziger Geruch, bananig. Malziger Antrunk, etwas wässrig, im Hintergrund findet sich die erschnüffelte hefig-bananige Note. Im Mittelteil wenig kräftiger, die einzelnen vermischen sich, so wirkt das Bier frisch und verwaschen. Im Abgang malziger, der Alkohol ist in angenehmer Weise erkennbar. Die anfängliche Hintergrundnote ist nun im Vordergrund und wirkt deutlich würziger und vollmundig. Das Malz wird im Abgang würziger und rückt mehr und mehr in den Vordergrund, angenehm und aromatisch. So kennt man türkische Biere eher weniger. Leicht malzig-herber Antrunk. Im Mittelteil etwas malzig, sehr mild, wenig süß. Anzeichen einer bitteren note lassen sich etwas herberen Abgang finden, dafür ist die Malzigkeit nun verschwunden. Sehr leicht würzig ist das Bier hierzudem, so lässt sich der Abgang als kräftigster Part betiteln. Test vom 11.8.2008, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 9,7,7,7,13,7 - 7,50
