Draught at Taps Bebek. Clear, pale gold colored. AROMA- malt, yeast, matallic tones. FLAVOR- a bit sweet, malt, yeast, just slight metallic tone. Medium bodied.

Slightly hazy gold with a small white head. Aroma is sweet grains, white wine, bread. medium thin body. Flavor is mostly bread dough malt, light earthy hop note. A bit odd and the aroma and flavor seem mis-matched.

Clear gold with a white head. Lightly smokey and sweet grain, and the stuff they put on puke in a bar...but in a good way (never thought I’d write that) in the aroma. Medium body. Flavor is smoked ham, salty, a bit sweet, and light malts. Not all that smoky overall. This could be a good gateway beer for people who haven’t been introduced to smoked beers. Not a great beer, but it is interesting.

Picked up in Istanbul. Pours a clear ambery color. Topped with an average white head. The aroma is not strong but pleasantly smokey. The taste also slightly smokey with a moderate bitterness. Pretty nice.

Rating from 2008 - thanks to Kölschtrinker for sharing. Sehr interessanter, süßlicher Waldhonig-geruch. Erstaunlich vollmundiger, angenehm malziger Antrunk, dabei leicht brotig. Der Hauptteil ist lecker, etwas flach werdend, aber immer noch malzig-leicht säuerlich. Der Nachgeschmack ist ganz leicht süßlich, und verfliegt ziemlich schnell.
