From tap at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2015, Green session. Red color with off white head. Yeasty funky bretty with barnyard notes aroma, fruity, berries, wood. Sweet bitter and acidic taste, funky wineous fruity. Light to medium body oily with soft carbonation.

Draught@CBC2015. Orangeish red colour, small off-white head. Aroma is wood, earth, toffee and some mild sourness. Flavour is fruity, wooden, toffee and some mild toffee.

Draught@CBC2015. Pale yellow colour, small head. Aroma is fruity, floral, wooden and herbal with some slight sourness to it. Flavour is fruity, wooden, earthy, herbal and quite citrusy. Balanced and refreshing Saison.

CBC Yellow Session. Keg. Almost clear amber beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light, dry and crisp. Orange and cherry tartness. Little lemon sharpness. Light dry seltzer. Dry finish. It’s okay.
