Bottle at the tasting room. Gold color pour, head fades quickly, barely any lacing left over. Nice lightly acetic and dry Brett aroma. A bit of phenolicy rubber. Its nice, does remind me a lot of some of the regularly available geuzes. Flavor gets a little thin from the sour. A little too acidic at the end. Its nice but like all of Side Project’s beers the beer needs more body and the flavor thins out too much.

Bottle shared at Essen Winterbeer Festival 2014. Pours hazy pale yellow golden with a ring off white head. Big grape aroma, vinous, light wood, a little butter. Flavour is moderate to heavy acidic. Over medium bodied with light carbonation.

On tap at The Side Project Cellar - Pours a thick yellow color with a large white head. The aroma is all nice with funk, hay, earthy floral characters, wild and fun. I did not get much hop out of it. My complaint, as with all Side Project beers is the flavor becomes stripped. The bugs thin out the flavor a bit and its much less complex or interesting. I could smell it for a while but not drink it too much.

Blend #3 purchased from the Cellar. This is really a 750mL bottle that I felt it was worthwhile to consume by myself with the 4% abv. My biggest complaint from the previous rating is the body thinned out but that is no longer the case. Otherwise, a pretty, bretty, soft textured brew.
