Drought at Geneva branch. I had hoped that at least this would be clear but it seems that here in Geneva no beer is ever filtered. So, it’s totallay hazy yellow with small white foamy head, doughy aroma (why is this no surprise to me?), slightly citrusy... At this point I had to call the waitress to make sure that she hadn’t brought blanche instead of blonde. Well you get the picture, nothing is ever filtered in this brewpub.

Drought at Geneva location. It seems that all their brews are cloudy! This one is bright yellow in color with large spongy off white head, hops aroma not discernible at all, taste is slightly more hoppy than others but the Swiss seem to have cut down the extra hops expenditure! A bit of a citrus taste is present but low carbonation and abrupt finish complete the totally underwhelming experience. Very difficult to call this an IPA.

Drought. Hazy amber color with small off white foamy head, yeasty aroma, slightly sour roasted malt taste, abrupt finish with a bitter afteertaste. Looks and tastes very unappealing.

(Tap at Les Brasseurs) Hazy golden yellow with some white head. Indistinct aroma. Light body and medium carbonation. Flavour is thin and light. It’s sort of refreshing but there’s not a lot of flavour and what there is to start with dies away quickly. There’s hints of hop in the flavour, but no bitterness. Overall, it’s OK but uninteresting.
