Poured up on tap at the Ahwatukee Rock Bottom where I get a deep clear gold body and minimal white head. The aroma is sugary sweet with fresh corn kernel and slick sugary malts mixing with spicy and floral hops. Pretty nice. The taste is full and rich in flavor with sugary malt sweetness heading into apple, peach and pear like fruity esters. This Malt Liquor offers up a decent amount of hops to counterbalance some of the sweetness with floral hops and spicy hops. In the background is a persistent rumble of creamed corn and chemical booziness. Solid Malt Liquor.

On tap at the Ahwatukee location poured up the first day they tapped it (free too) with deep hazy gold body and off white head. The aroma has spicy yeast and apple as well as a touch of sourness and ginger. The taste is similar with a mild level of soured citrus moving into bolder notes of sweet apple, spicy yeast and some ginger-y wasabi like spiciness. Into the finish I get an additional note of malt graininess that adds even more freshness to the experience. Overall the flavors donβt meld terribly well but it is pretty good.

On tap at the Ahwatukee location pouring clear deep amber with copper edges and nice looking off white head. I let this big 12oz pour sit out for a while as it was on the cold side which seems to cause the aromatics and flavors to hibernate. After a good 20 minutes the aroma was assessed where I was greeted with big and tall notes of prunes, figs, a pleasing level of fig earthiness and a bit of apple. These notes create a sticky smelling sensation that I canβt wait to taste. The flavor does not disappoint with prunes, sweet ripe cherries and sludgy yummy earthy fig goodness. To midway and into the finish a bit of roasted malts and faint pine hop resin provide a sense of mild dryness to the finish. Love this! Best AZ brewed beer I have had so far.

On tap at the Ahwatukee location where they are calling it the Saguaro Stout. It has a dark mahogany body and full mocha head. The aroma offers up milk chocolate, dark roasted malts, some caramel malts and a bit of biscuit too. The taste has yummy chocolate notes and it then moves toward dark roasted to almost burnt malts. Closer to the finish it heads into additional notes of caramel malts and a touch of coffee. All these notes come together quite nicely. Well done.

On tap at the Ahwatukee location pouring clear gold with thin white head. The aroma is a bit timid and it seems to emit some malt sweetness and a sense of citrus. The taste is sweet, sort of green herbal orange rind, earthy hops and spicy hops. Pretty nice.

On tap at the Ahwatukee location pouring hazy amber with thin off white head. The mild aroma is vaguely malty and vaguely hoppy and really nothing else. The taste is sweet with malts and then some roasted malts and a bit of nuttiness coming to the surface. To midway I get pine and spicy hops joining in and pushing the hops forward. It ends with the hops becoming resiny with malts and a bit of roastiness off in the background.

Cask, courtesy of nbutler11, thank you sir! Clear dark brown, fluffy tan head. Aroma of creme brulee, taste has burnt caramel and light spice. Decent example of the style.
