Tap at Dahlia’s Pour House. It pours clear amber with a small white head. The nose is grassy, spice, wood, dough and caramel. The taste is toasty, caramel, biscuit, wood, earth and apple skin with a bitter-sweet finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Alright.

Bottle shared at Bold City during RBWG 2013 - big thanks to the owner for cracking it open! Pours clear, yellow-gold with a fine, foamy head. A bit of boozy pale malts in this guy, some caramel. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Decent warmth to finish, bready malts, alcohol, toasty sugars, further caramel, rich cereal. Interesting. OK.

On tap at the brewery during RBWG 2013. Pours clear brown with a fine, tan foam head. Toasty malts in the nose, some nuts. Light sweetness in the flavor with notes of bread, crunchy and lightly toasted cereal grains. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Basic and easygoing.

On tap at the brewery during RBWG 2013. A simplistic hefeweizen. Plenty of wheaty dough here, some estery banana notes, cloves. Lightly sweet. Light bodied with average carbonation. There’s a decent bit of dryness that keeps the beer pretty clean. Lingering wheat and banana. OK.
