Draft. Rich caramel color with an off-white head. Caramel, earth, and spice aroma. Buttery, caramel, earth, spice flavor. Medium body. LIngering caramel and butter.

Draft at the Bistro’s West Coast BA Fest, 11/10/07; called St Bernardus Dark Belgian; ABV 7.1%, Nose is oaky, with plumminess, and a touch of vanilla; hazy brown wwith only a few bubbles; flavor is bourbon, caramel, vanilla, and dark fruit!

Draft. Amber beer with a whitish head. Low slight citrus, earthy, malt aroma. Caramel flavor with citrus and earth. Medium body. Lingering citrus, malt, and eartth. Hops there, but not in enough quantitiy. Medium bitterness.

(On tap) Hazy, amber golden - looks pretty much like a wheat - with a creamy, off-white head leaving laces. Vague aroma of citrus. Medium body, lightly fruity accents with a whiff of citrus from the aroma hops also leaving a solid bitterness. 270307
