Bottle Surprisingly okay wit. Bit lacks on sourness, but it's okay. Really nice surprise.

Tap Clear gold with white, quickly disappearing, head. Aroma is sweet malty. Tastes malty, sweetish, some metallic. Meh. But I'm really thirsty.

330ml bottle. Pours clear gold with a medium-sized and long-lasting white head. Aroma is pears, bread. Taste is light sweet, watery, bread, caramel, light bitter finish. Almost flat. Not great.

330ml bottle. Pours slightly hazy pale yellow with a thin head. Aroma is coriander, wheat, slightly herbal. Taste is light sweet, floral, orange peel, coriander. Stands out among almost all of the other Bulgarian macros I’ve tried (bar Stolichno’s offerings) simply because it isn’t a pale lager.

0,33 bottle in Sevono. Pours clear golden. Aroma is grains, straw, all quite clean but rather boring. Body is light, mostly bitter and carbonation, some sweetness, but really more a pilsener than a pale lager. Dry and bland palate, lingering on both. An easy beer for a hot summer day, but nothing more.

Bottle at the hotel in Sofia - picked up locally. Pours clear gold with a fluffy, pure white head. Very simple par bread aroma. Medium sweet flavour, notes of doughy biscuits, low bitterness, a whisper of cereal and straw, a little white sugar. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Sweet finish, more white bread, a little sugar, cereal grains. Quite basic but drinkable enough.
